Hazardous waste (RCRA)Significant Noncomplier 12/12—

ECHO publishes how many of the last 12 quarters a facility spent in noncompliance, not which ones, so the filled boxes are a count.

This facility is currently in significant noncompliance with one or more EPA-administered laws. EPA's ECHO database flags facilities as significant violators when they have repeated violations across multiple quarters or unresolved enforcement actions. 12 quarter(s) of noncompliance reported in the last 12. Lifetime penalties: $0.

Significant violators receive enforcement priority. If you live near this facility and have concerns, the EPA Office of Inspector General accepts complaints, and your state environmental agency typically maintains its own enforcement docket.
