EPA, the City of Bremerton, Washington State Department of Ecology, Cascade, and the U.S. Coast Guard were involved in several assessments and removal actions at the site. In fall 2010, the U.S. Coast Guard issued an order to Cascade to remove a pipe that was releasing tars into the Port Washington Narrows.
