During July through October, 2018, EPA and the site’s potentially responsible parties (PRPs) completed the RI/FS. On September 9, 2019, EPA issued a Proposed Plan identifying the preferred alternative for the remediation of the Site based on the RI/FS, followed by the ROD dated August 31, 2020.

Understanding this Superfund site

Brine Service Company is a federal Superfund site in Texas.
