The cleanup selected in the OU1 ROD has been implemented by EPA. Cleanup of six (6) residential properties under Phase 1 was completed in June 2018. Cleanup of 26 properties under Phase 2 was completed in May 2020. The cleanup of an additional 53 residential properties under Phase 3 was completed in 2025.

Former Kil Tone Company is a federal Superfund site in New Jersey.
