In March 2023, the EPA reached a legal agreement with Guánica-Caribe Land Development Corporation, an owner of the Eastern Lot portion of the Ochoa Fertilizer site, to clean up impacted properties near PR-333 and investigate additional properties, under the EPA’s oversight.
